2014 Wedding at Sparkling Hill | Kelowna Wedding Planner

Sparkling Hill Resort is such a stunning backdrop for a wedding in the Okanagan. The amazing view you have from the balcony really gives you the perfect scene to host your wedding. This wedding for Fiona & James was really unique for me, they actually were married before this wedding day in China. They wanted a great celebration for their friends and families here in Canada. They wanted to blend elements from their first ceremony into this day you see here. Adrian Photographers captured their beautiful wedding day perfectly!

Together we chose a stunning colour palette of magenta, pale pinks and sparkling whites. It was really vibrant against the crystal setting of the venue!! We had hired TTM Events to help with the decor elements. We created an amazing backdrop for behind their head table. Sheer white panels with crystals hanging accented with deep pink ribbons. The head table had beautiful white gathered table skirting to set it apart from the other tables. The guest tables had a tall crystal vase topped with white and pink flowers also provided by TTM Events.

I think the highlight of this wedding reception has to be the amazing wedding cake that Whisk Cake Co. made for Fiona & James!!! It was magnificent 5 tiered cake with handmade sugar crystals that hung on it. Decorated with real flowers to finish the whole look! We also provided the coloured candy bar that was an amazing focal point for the whole room.
