It was such a pleasure getting to know this couple. Megan & Stephen hired us for their wedding in 2021, unfortunately about 3 weeks prior to their wedding date. The restrictions that were put into place by Public Health were not going to work for their wedding guests. So, like many people in 2021 they had to postpone their wedding.

Details

Although at the time that was a huge disappointment for them, I actually believe it was for the better! Indeed – it was a long time to be planning their wedding, but it provided us the opportunity to tweek details and make sure all the things they wanted were included. The bride was incredibly thoughtful, she custom made all of their wedding parties gift boxes. Personalized with each person’s name. Filled with jewelry, ties, socks, hangers, and other cute details for the wedding day.

The wedding party stayed at Predator Ridge, which was a perfect location close by to 50th Parallel Winery. It is about 15 minute drive away. Kelowna Concierge provided exceptional service for wedding transportation for the party. Driving both the wedding party and also picking up wedding guests to bring to the wedding ceremony.

Sondra of Okanagan Celebrant provided the perfect Okanagan wedding Ceremony. She takes the time to really get to know you and your love story, and weaves your ceremony together using stories and anecdotes of your life. Entertaining your guests throughout the wedding ceremony.

Stunning florals from Lavender & Lace floral farm, the perfect fit for this sunny August day for a 50th Parallel Wedding Kelowna. DJ John Byrne kept the soundtrack to the day on point. He is a true professional wedding DJ, and always does a great job keeping the dancefloor busy.

All things considered, this day turned out perfectly for them! And I now have clients that I call friends after 2 years planning together. I hope you will enjoy taking a look at this beautiful 50th Parallel Wedding Kelowna.
