The Venue
As Kelowna’s newest luxury wedding venue, The Chateau Okanagan stands as a testament to timeless elegance. Its stunning combination of classic architecture and panoramic views of Lake Okanagan and vineyards provided the perfect canvas for this sophisticated celebration. The venue’s versatility shone through as we transformed its spaces throughout the day – from an enchanting tree lined ceremony setting to an intimate cocktail hour, and finally, an unforgettable reception. As stone terraces and meticulously manicured gardens offered countless romantic photography moments, while the grand ballroom set the stage for an evening of celebration.
The Vision & Design
Working closely with A & S through our full-service package. White Orchid Weddings brought to life their vision of Italian coastal elegance with a modern twist. The design centered around a refined color palette of fuchsia, black, and white, elevated with sophisticated touches of gold throughout. We chose to use Perspective Events for their elegant décor pieces. Whilst All Occasions Party Rentals provided the perfect finishing touches that elevated every detail.
The artistry of Fleuriche Florals took center stage with spectacular arrangements that captured the whimsical, romantic theme. Their masterful creations added layers of sophistication to the already stunning venue, bringing an extra touch of magic to every corner of the celebration.
The talented team at Kathryn Ramsay Aesthetics created timeless, elegant looks for the bride and her family members, ensuring everyone looked picture-perfect throughout the day. The beautiful moments were expertly captured by Boketto’s photography and videography team. While, Lindsay & Steven documented both still photographs and moving moments that will be treasured for generations to come.
As well, during the cocktail hour as a surprise element The couple had a magician friend perform amazing magic /sleight of hand tricks that really entertained the guests. As twilight descended over the Okanagan Valley, DJ John Byrne masterfully conducted the evening’s entertainment. DJ John Byrne acted as their MC and did a great job of keeping the evening going. The couple’s first dance became a magical moment! Enhanced by a mesmerizing ‘dancing on a cloud’ effect created with CO2 smoke. The addition of a live saxophonist, collaborating seamlessly with the DJ, created an unforgettable atmosphere that kept guests dancing well into the night.
