We’ll meet up and get to know each other, during this time we’ll dive into discovering your vision and ideas for your event and determine the ideal service that aligns perfectly with your preferences and needs.
The Contract
Once we’ve established your event requirements, we’ll review a comprehensive contract together. This contract will encompass various aspects, ranging from the duration of our collaboration to an in-depth breakdown of the services included.
Getting Started
Depending on the package you’ve selected. We will get to work planning what you need. This will always include helping you get organized, and may include everything from budgets to floor plans, it just depends on what you want.
Game Plan
Before your event we’ll make sure your game plan is solid, this means creating a minute by minute itinerary that insures you’re stress free; All of the details are taken care of, and you feel prepared.
Your Event Day!
On your Event day, we take care of the details! This can mean managing your vendor team, to setting out your place cards, but it always means we’re there to make sure things are running smoothly.
