Kimberly & Ryan’s Superhero Themed Wedding
This wedding was…. Awesome!!!
From the moment we started planning this Superhero Themed Wedding, I was so excited to work with Kimberly & Ryan. These two love Cosplay! And wanted it incorporated into their wedding day in a classy and elegant way.
Their Kelowna wedding ceremony was held at Cedarcreek Winery, a wonderful and elegant setting to hold your vows. A real treat for your guests if they are visiting Kelowna, you get a great view of the lake. A chance to taste wines after your ceremony. And the perfect Okanagan wedding setting!!!
The father of the bride contacted me, and asked me to help him set up a surprise for the Bride & Groom. We delighted them with a surprise Dove release after their nuptials. The beautiful flowers came from A New Leaf Floral Design. Who created perfectly elegant bouquets for the girls, and simply lovely Bouts for the groomsmen.
After, the wedding reception followed in the Great Room of Hotel Eldorado. We incorporated Navy and Silvers for the decor – seriously one of my favourite palettes ever! Kim & Ryan didn’t want the Superhero theme to take over, but just subtle hints that would show. Instead of numbering the tables, we picked Superhero Couples as the the table names. I also surprised them with a little specialness for the head table – paper roses that were made out of comic books that were placed on each place setting. Perfect for a Superhero Themed Wedding.
